Ari entered the student housing industry in 2001 and is widely regarded as a trailblazer in the field. He began by acquiring stabilized assets in markets across the United States, building a portfolio that grew into one of the largest privately held student housing companies in the industry.

Since then, Ari has overseen the management of more than $250 million in equity and secured over $800 million in debt financing. Working with equity partners ranging from family offices to institutional private equity funds, Vie has earned a reputation for delivering strong returns on investment through its value-added investment strategy.
